Josh holds himself, his clients, and their operations accountable by conducting AR meetings, managing audits, and holding operational meetings to communicate appropriately. Josh prefers a “hands on” approach evident by his move in 2013 to become controller of billing in house where he met with families and residents in person as opposed to remotely.
